Objecting to your property valuation
You may object to any information displayed on the GV Roll, as long as you are able to support your objection. It is up to the home owner, as objector, to prove that the Market-Value assessment is wrong. To this end it is prudent to call in a reputable Estate Agency to evaluate your property. An agent will provide well motivated market-related information as at the date of evaluation in support of your objection.
Important dates to note - objections must be submitted either by
- Electronically via e-Services or Email until 30 April 2023
- In person at a public inspection and objection venues until 31 March 2023
